Job summary

Farmers Insurance - District 95 in Austin, TX is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer to drive growth across home, auto, commercial, and life coverage. You will work with real clients, leveraging provided leads and training to close deals and build lasting relationships.

You will manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to close, with a strong focus on getting licensed, meeting monthly targets, and advancing your career in a high-energy environment. Training and solid support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have, or be willing to obtain, an insurance license.
• Must pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and provided leads.
• Build genuine rapport with clients to understand their insurance needs across home, auto, commercial, and life coverage.
• Present tailored insurance solutions and clearly communicate coverage options, pricing, and benefits.
• Manage a sales pipeline from initial contact through to close, following up consistently with prospects.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, log client interactions, and stay organized throughout the sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to answer client questions and address objections confidently.
• Provide excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships and generate referrals.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to share best practices and support overall team goals.
• Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and state licensing/compliance requirements.
