Job summary

The Auto Club Group in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a results-driven Insurance Sales Specialist to own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded insurance products and memberships. The role rewards performance with base pay, incentives, and full benefits in a fast-paced, community-focused branch.

You will conduct thorough reviews, service existing clients, and actively participate in local events to grow a referral network. Training will help you license and succeed.

Qualifications

• Must hold active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license and Life & Health license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Training will be provided to help you obtain licenses and build confidence in the role.

Responsibilities

• Own sales and ongoing service of AAA-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products.
• Conduct insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and quote/bind policies per guidelines.
• Build rapport with members, respond to inquiries promptly, and support high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prospect locally, engage in community events, expand referral networks, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
