Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Specialist in the St. Augustine, FL area.

You will own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial offerings, while building relationships and driving referrals in a high-traffic branch. Ideal candidates possess active state P&C and Life/Health licenses or have 90-day pathways to licensing, plus 1+ year of customer-facing experience in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.
Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary.
High School diploma or equivalent.
1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment (i.e., financial/banking).
Insurance experience is helpful—but not required. We provide training to help you get licensed and confident in the role.

Responsibilities

Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch.
Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies.
Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency, and support high customer satisfaction.
Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, develop new business opportunities, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
