Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain (agency paid).
• Life & Health license preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Proven track record in sales, customer service, or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude and integrity.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and marketing leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Identify coverage needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Follow up on warm leads and close sales consistently.
• Work alongside a high-energy team focused on results and growth.
• Meet or exceed new business production goals and agency objectives.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes; deliver strong sales presentations and close sales opportunities.
• Educate clients on insurance options including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines.
• Accurately complete applications and documentation while following underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
