The Juris Agency in Sauk Centre, MN is seeking a driven Sales Producer to join our Farmers Insurance team. You will generate new business, build client relationships, and tailor coverage solutions while working with a fast-moving, results-oriented group.

This role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, training, licensing support if needed, and clear opportunities for advancement. A competitive, high-energy environment rewards your effort and performance.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain (agency paid).
• Life & Health license preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Proven track record in sales, customer service, or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude and integrity.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with referral partners (Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and others)

• Accurately complete applications and documentation while following all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements
• Use CRM (AgencyZoom) to track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline activity
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to build long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Active Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain license paid for by agency)
