Job summary

The Juris Agency in Forest Lake, MN seeks a driven Sales Producer to join a high-energy insurance sales team. You’ll generate new business, nurture client relationships, and tailor Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial options to client needs.

We offer base salary plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and strong training. Licensing support is provided, with clear paths for career growth and leadership opportunities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain license paid for by agency).
• Life & Health license preferred (or ability to obtain within first 90 days).
• Proven track record in sales, customer service, or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-focused attitude.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through on tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
• Bilingual skills a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed new business production goals and agency objectives.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes; deliver strong sales presentations and close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with referral partners (Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and others).
• Educate clients on insurance options including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines.
• Accurately complete applications and documentation while following all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
• Use CRM (AgencyZoom) to track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline activity.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to build long-term client relationships.
