Farmers Insurance - Lukas Stone Agency is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Producer to build a long-term career and help clients protect what matters most. Earn uncapped income with base pay, commissions, and bonuses in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.

The ideal candidate is energetic, coachable, and customer-focused, with strong sales skills and a drive to exceed monthly targets. Licensing in Property & Casualty and Life & Health is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer-service background.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and phone communication.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through calls, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Develop relationships with clients and provide customized insurance solutions.
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage needs and cross-sell opportunities.
• Deliver excellent customer service before and after the sale.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking.
