Confie is growing and seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative in Holiday, FL to join our on-site team. You will focus on selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers while delivering excellent service.

Based on a base salary plus uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly incentives, you can advance with performance-driven training, a supportive mentorship culture, and robust benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and 401K match.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to build relationships with customers and close sales

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet or exceed sales goals
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers
• Record all currency transactions and deposits with documentation in agency system
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs
