Confie is hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative in Lakeland, FL to sell nonstandard auto coverage to new and existing customers. This on-site role features an hourly pay range with uncapped commissions and ongoing training.

You will build relationships, meet production goals, and take advantage of a comprehensive benefits package, 401K with employer match, paid time off, and growth opportunities within a large privately held broker.

Formación

• Sales experience or customer service experience is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred but not required.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers and follow-up effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet production goals.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
• Ensure accurate and timely deposits and documentation in the agency system.
