Confie is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative (Licensed) in Florida to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. This on-site role offers a competitive base pay plus monthly uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonuses with ongoing training and mentorship.

Responsibilities include soliciting new business, expanding client relationships to meet production goals, and ensuring accurate deposits with scanned documentation in the agency system.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
