Confie is hiring an Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) in the United States. This full-time role focuses on selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, with opportunities to add homeowners and health insurance.

It emphasizes inbound leads, a supportive mentorship program, and a strong commission-based earning potential. You should have a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license (preferred, with company support to obtain one), bilingual English/Spanish a plus,

Qualifications

• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred, we will assist to obtain one
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
• Excellent follow-up, organization and multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships to meet sales goals.
• Build relationships with customers and expand opportunities by offering Auto, Homeowners, or Health insurance.
• Ensure accuracy by maintaining records of all transactions and documentation in the agency management system.
• Be a trusted advisor by establishing rapport and guiding clients to the best insurance options.
