Job summary

Confie is hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto coverage to new and existing customers on site. You will pursue new business, maintain relationships, and strive to meet sales targets while earning uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

Qualified candidates will have sales or customer service experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred for broader client support.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required or preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

• Ability to build relationships with sales customers; strong follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet sales goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with clients.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and deposits with documentation.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
