Qualifications

• Licensed or pursuing a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred; company offers licensing support.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and excellent follow-up, organization, and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships to meet sales goals.
• Build relationships by understanding client needs and offering auto, home, or health insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and documentation in the agency system.
• Act as a trusted advisor to help clients choose suitable insurance products.
