Job summary

Confie is hiring an Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) to sell nonstandard auto insurance and related products to new and existing customers. You’ll work with inbound leads and walk-in traffic, earning commissions and bonuses as you meet sales goals.

The role offers comprehensive training, licensing support, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). A bilingual English/Spanish candidate with strong relationship skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• A Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business and maintaining relationships with current customers.
• Proactively connect with customers to understand needs and expand opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the agency management system.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to help clients choose insurance products that fit their needs.
