gobravvo is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to provide tailored insurance solutions and build lasting client relationships. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship while developing your professional skills and growing your own book of business.

The role offers a base salary with commission and performance-based bonuses, plus benefits and a clear path for long-term career progression in property, casualty, life, and health insurance products.

Competenze

• Property & Casualty license required or in process with licensing support.
• Life & Health license is advantageous but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide accurate insurance quotes, pricing details, and product information to prospective and existing clients.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products (property, casualty, life, health).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by following up with leads and seeking new business opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and policy documentation according to regulations.
• Promote insurance products using approved agency and carrier guidelines.
