Job summary

Confie and its family of companies—Freeway, Baja, Bluefire and more—are hiring enthusiastic Insurance Agents to sell nonstandard auto insurance. You will work with inbound leads and walk-in traffic, receive comprehensive training, and enjoy a generous sign-on bonus and uncapped commissions.

The role requires strong communication, ability to build relationships, and a drive to meet sales goals. A high school diploma and valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred.
• English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Ability to build relationships and follow up with customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits in the agency system.
• Educate and advise customers on products that fit their needs.
