Job summary

Confie and its family of companies - Freeway, Baja, Bluefire & others - is one of the largest privately held insurance brokers in the United States with over 800 retail locations nationwide. We are seeking bright, motivated Insurance Agents to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.

You will handle a high volume of inbound leads and walk-ins, participate in comprehensive paid training and licensing, and enjoy a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision

Qualifications

• Sales experience and customer service background.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with customers.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet sales targets.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate handling of currency transactions and deposits with documentation.
• Educate and advise customers on products that fit their needs.
