Job summary

Auto Club Group is seeking a results-driven Insurance Sales Specialist to join our Carrollwood branch. You’ll own the sale and service of insurance products, build client relationships, and drive growth through community engagement and referrals.

Base pay plus incentives, comprehensive benefits, and ramp-up support are provided. Training is offered to help you obtain and maintain required licenses and appointments.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty license required or to be obtained within a reasonable timeframe.
• Active State Life and Health license or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain licenses/appointments for selling AAA membership products.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced, computer-assisted environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products; meet or exceed sales targets and incentive plan expectations.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to identify gaps and recommend solutions; quote, bind, and issue policies.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with members; respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Prospect, engage with community, and develop new business opportunities; identify cross-sell opportunities into Travel and Financial Services.
