Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Agent in the Charlotte, NC area. You will drive sales and service for ACG-branded and brokered products, build relationships, and grow the client base through community engagement and referrals.

Base pay plus incentives and full benefits, with ramp-up support of $5,000 and an elevated commission structure during the first 15 months. Licensing and 1+ year of customer-facing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary and within a time frame established by the Business Unit.
• We provide training to help you get licensed and confident in the role

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch; uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, grow the portfolio, overcome objections, negotiate, close sales, and meet targets.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies per underwriting guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency, and support customer satisfaction and loyalty to the AAA brand.
• Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, develop new business opportunities, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
