Job summary

The Auto Club Group in Pensacola, FL is seeking a full-time, relationship-driven insurance sales professional. You will build a client base through local outreach, branch activity, and referrals, with a base pay plus incentives and full benefits.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5:30 pm. You’ll receive ramp-up earnings and ongoing rewards for performance, with comprehensive training and support to grow your pipeline and book of business.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain state licenses and appointments for Auto Club Group Membership products.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews, quote, bind, and issue policies per underwriting guidelines.
• Build and maintain rapport with members, respond to inquiries promptly, and support customer satisfaction.
• Engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, and develop new business opportunities.
