AAA-The Auto Club Group in Naples, FL is seeking a relation-driven sales professional to sell insurance products and memberships in a high-traffic branch. Base pay plus incentives and full benefits, with ramp-up earnings support during the first months as you build your pipeline.

You will own the sale, perform insurance reviews, and develop referrals through community engagement. Licensing requirements include Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses; training is provided to help you obtain

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required for sales.
• Life and Health license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products and memberships.
• Conduct insurance reviews to identify coverage gaps and quote/bind policies.
• Build rapport with members, respond to inquiries, and support customer satisfaction.
• Develop referrals through community engagement and local events.
