Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong communication and closing skills.

• Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to identify insurance needs.
• Recommend insurance solutions to protect clients and assets.
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Learn operational, leadership, and business development skills for advancement in Protege Program.
