You will receive paid training, mentorship, and hands-on experience while earning uncapped commissions and performance bonuses through the Protege Program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong communication and closing skills.

• Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain one).

Expected Earnings: $75,000-$220,000

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

• Comfortable prospecting and generating new business.
• Coachable with a desire for continuous professional growth.
• Property & Casualty License (or the ability to obtain one before employment).
• Valid driver's license.
