ALPA Insurance is seeking motivated individuals for an in-office Insurance Sales Agent role in San Antonio, TX. The position offers comprehensive training, licensing assistance, and uncapped weekly commissions.

You will help customers with new policies, edits, renewals, and payments, while expanding the client base through local marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, solid organizational skills, and a willingness to learn about licensing and underwriting processes.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales Experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid and current Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required).
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic Computer knowledge and possess strong written, verbal, and people skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly learn any Company/Proprietary software.
• Complete continuing education courses (Paid for by ALPA) as required to maintain active license status with TDI.

• Assist customers with insurance policies and payments, renewals, and questions.
• Inspect vehicles to assess risk and eligibility for insurance coverage.
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking and marketing.
• Perform administrative tasks and coordinate with underwriting to complete policies.
