ALPA Insurance in Temple, TX is seeking an insurance sales agent for an in-office role. You will help customers with new policies, edits, renewals, and payments while building a local clientele.

We offer intensive training, licensing support, and an uncapped commission structure with weekly pay, plus health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid and current Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required).

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with insurance needs such as new policies, editing existing policies, taking payments, renewing and reinstating policies, and answering questions.
• Inspect vehicles to decide if it is an acceptable insurance risk.
• Seek out new clients, develop clientele by networking and marketing with the office manager.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting to complete policies.
• Perform daily administrative tasks and housekeeping routines.
