Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales Experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid Texas Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License (preferred).
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer skills and strong written, verbal, and people skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and learn company software.
• Complete continuing education courses as required to maintain active license status with TDI.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and questions.
• Inspect vehicles and assess insurance risk based on condition and characteristics.
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele through networking and marketing.
• Handle administrative tasks and policy renewals, coordinating with underwriting.
• Assist with daily housekeeping routines.
