The role emphasizes ongoing training, licensing support, and a compensation structure featuring hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, paid weekly, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Holding a Texas Limited Lines or Property & Casualty license is highly preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation for daily marketing and in-office work.
• Basic computer skills and strong written, verbal, and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs including new policies, edits, renewals and questions.
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risk based on condition and age.
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele through networking and marketing.
• Perform administrative duties and coordinate policy renewals with underwriting.
• Assist with daily housekeeping routines.
