Job summary

ALPA Insurance in Texas is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent for an in-office role. You will assist customers with new policies, renewals, and payments, and help grow clientele through local marketing. Training is provided and licensing is supported by the company.

You will earn hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options. Bilingual ability is a plus, and prior license is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new policies, edits, renewals and payments.
• Identify insurance needs and build client networks through marketing.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting as needed.
• Support daily office duties and maintain records.
