Pronto Insurance is hiring Sales Agents in Edwardsn? (Edinburg area) to join a growing network of locations across Texas. The role offers hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions and incentives, with fully paid training and licensing support.

Flexible shifts, including weekends, and a path to license home and auto insurance. The position requires a High School diploma, customer service or sales experience, and bilingual English/Spanish in some locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service and sales experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are required for certain locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry to capture client information quickly.
• Paid Licensing and Paid Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services through established channels within your assigned territory.
• Review daily engagement metrics—including call volume, quote production, closing ratios, and fee averages to hit targets.
• Execute daily grassroots marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and generate sales leads.
• Conduct daily follow-up calls utilizing leads from marketing events.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships to drive local marketing activities.
• Create and coordinate localized agency campaigns to drive revenue and foster customer appreciation.
• Maintain client relationships, follow up on active quotes, and process renewal quotes efficiently.
• Ensure underwriting guidelines are followed when binding business.
• Provide fast, attentive customer service, including processing client payments.
• Handle end-of-shift financial tasks and deposits.
• Maintain a clean, professional agency environment and stocked marketing materials.
• Travel to various store locations as needed.
