Job summary

Pronto Insurance in Edinburg, TX is seeking motivated Sales Agents for full-time roles. You will sell auto/home/ renters insurance, review metrics, and drive local marketing to generate leads. Training is fully paid and licensing costs are covered, with opportunities for advancement.

Compensation includes hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions and incentives. Flexible shifts, including weekends, may apply based on agency hours. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred for certain locations.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual skills in English/Spanish required for certain locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services through established channels within your assigned territory.
• Review daily engagement metrics to hit performance targets.
• Execute daily grassroots marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and generate sales leads.
• Conduct daily follow-up calls utilizing leads generated from marketing events.
• Establish, monitor, and maintain strong business relationships to drive local marketing activities.
• Create and coordinate localized agency campaigns to drive revenue and foster customer appreciation.
• Maintain healthy client relationships, follow up on all active quotes, and process renewal quotes efficiently.
• Ensure all carrier underwriting guidelines are strictly followed when binding business.
• Provide fast, attentive, and friendly customer service, including processing client payments.
• Manage end-of-shift financial administrative tasks, including counting money and preparing deposits.
• Travel to various store locations as operationally needed.
