Farmers Insurance - Oklahoma is seeking qualified candidates for its Agent in Training Program. This hands-on mentorship program provides paid training, licensing, and daily warm leads while you learn directly from a top-ranked Farmers agent.

You will gain full exposure to insurance sales, marketing, recruiting, and business operations. After training, you may have the option to work from home, with strong leadership development and access to proven marketing, CRM, and lead generation systems.

Qualifications

• Motivated, competitive, and goal-driven candidate.
• Background in sales, recruiting, customer service, or management preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership potential.
• Proficient with CRM systems.
• Must obtain state insurance licensing (paid by us).
• Experienced insurance sales producers may work from home after training.
