You will gain exposure to insurance sales, marketing, recruiting, and business operations, with mentorship from high-performing agents and access to established marketing, CRM, and lead-gen systems.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, recruiting, customer service, or management preferred.
• Must obtain state insurance licensing (paid by us).
• Ability to manage warm leads and build client relationships.
