Job summary

Allegiant Business Group in Texas is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer who will operate as an independent contractor, building a local book of business while mentoring teammates. You’ll meet clients face-to-face, present supplemental insurance solutions, and help others succeed.

The role requires relationship-building with business owners, managers and employees, leading presentations from small meetings to groups of 50+, and ongoing follow-up to achieve team goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to get licensed (reimbursement provided)
• Independent contractor arrangement with draw pay, commissions and bonuses
• Strong ability to build relationships with business owners and employees

Responsibilities

• Share supplemental insurance solutions and build relationships with business owners, managers, and employees
• Lead individual and group presentations, from small meetings to teams of 50+
• Mentor new team members and help them develop their sales skills
• Manage your book of business, follow up on leads, and support team goals
