Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to get licensed (reimbursement provided)
• Patient, reliable, and coachable
• Independent contractor with ability to build your own book of business

Responsibilities

• Share supplemental insurance solutions and build relationships with business owners, managers, and employees
• Lead individual and group presentations, from small meetings to teams of 50+
• Mentor new team members and help them develop their sales skills
• Manage your book of business, follow up on leads, and support team goals
