Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer to build your own book of business and meet clients face to face in the local territory. This full-time, in-person role offers draw pay, commissions and bonuses, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some weekend work.

You will present supplemental insurance solutions, mentor new teammates, and contribute to a collaborative culture with licensing assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to get licensed (reimbursement provided).
• Independent contractor building own book of business.
• Face-to-face client meetings in local territory.

Responsibilities

• Share supplemental insurance solutions and build relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
• Lead individual and group presentations, from small meetings to teams of 50+.
• Mentor new team members and help them develop their sales skills.
• Manage your book of business, follow up on leads, and support team goals.
