Jacob Eaton Agency - Farmers Insurance is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to help clients protect assets through auto, home, life, and business policies. Warm leads are provided to support your success, with a base around $50k per year and a Monday–Friday schedule.

This role offers a clear path toward agency ownership as you build relationships and grow your book of business, along with hands-on training and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous insurance sales experience is a plus.
• Must possess a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prospect new clients via provided leads.
• Sell insurance products including auto, home, life, health, and business.
• Conduct needs analysis to tailor policy recommendations.
• Prepare and present competitive insurance quotes.
