• Handle customer inquiries and document requests; complete changes; accept and process premiums.
• Provide service to customers with strong communication across multiple platforms; resolve conflicts quickly.
• Make decisions to determine applicant insurability and placement using binding and processing applications.
• Ensure effective operation of the service center including reports, documentation, and mail distribution.
