Job summary

Confie is hiring Insurance Agents in Torrance, CA to sell nonstandard auto insurance and potential homeowners/health products. Base pay plus commissions with a sign-on bonus; inbound leads and walk-in traffic support earnings growth.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, accurate record-keeping, and guidance to help customers choose suitable plans. Licenses are preferred but we’ll sponsor them; bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred, but not required – we will support you in obtaining one.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth: solicit new business while maintaining relationships with current customers to meet sales goals.
