Job summary

Confie and its family of companies are hiring an Insurance Agent in Downey, CA to sell nonstandard auto insurance and related products. You will handle a high-volume flow of inbound leads and walk-in traffic, building relationships and achieving sales goals.

The role offers a base pay plus commission, sign-on bonus up to $4,000, and comprehensive training with ongoing mentorship. Bilingual EN/ES is a strong plus; license in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (we will support obtaining one).
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Solicit new business while maintaining relationships to achieve sales goals.
• Build Relationships: Connect with customers and expand opportunities with auto, homeowners, or health insurance.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain records of transactions in the agency management system.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Help clients choose insurance products that fit their needs.
