Job summary

Confie is seeking an Insurance Agent in Temecula, CA who will sell nonstandard auto insurance and, when applicable, homeowners or health insurance. You will work with high volumes of inbound leads and walk-in traffic, building trust with customers and guiding them toward the best coverage options.

This full-time role offers a pay range of $31–$72 per hour, generous sign-on bonus up to $4,000, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty is preferred; company will support obtaining one.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with desire for growth and advancement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Solicit new business while maintaining relationships to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Build Relationships: Connect with customers and offer auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain records of transactions in the agency management system.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide guidance to help clients choose suitable insurance products.
