We provide comprehensive paid training, mentorship, and development, plus a high-volume inbound lead flow, walk-in traffic, and a strong incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• High school diploma or GED required; licensing support provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business and maintaining relationships to meet sales goals.
• Build relationships by understanding client needs and offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance options.
• Ensure accuracy by maintaining records and documentation in the agency management system.
