Confie and its family of companies - Freeway, Baja, Bluefire & others - is a leading insurance broker with a large footprint in the United States. As an Insurance Agent, you will sell nonstandard auto insurance and may grow earnings with homeowners or health coverage.

Expect inbound leads, ongoing training, strong mentorship, and a performance-driven culture. We offer a sign-on bonus potential up to $4,000, a competitive pay range of $31-$72 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred but not required; we’ll support you in obtaining one.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
• Experience in sales or customer service
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Solicit new business while maintaining strong relationships with current customers to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Build Relationships: Connect with customers, understand their needs, and expand business opportunities by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain records of transactions, including deposits and documentation in the agency management system.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Establish rapport with clients and provide guidance to help them choose the insurance product that fits their needs.
