Confie and its family of companies, including Freeway, Baja and Bluefire, are hiring Insurance Agents in Texas to sell nonstandard auto insurance. Expect inbound leads, no cold calling, paid training, and mentorship.

You will solicit new business, nurture existing relationships, and manage deposits and documentation while pursuing strong sales results in a thriving, recognition-rich environment.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and prompt deposits with scanned docs.
• Connects quickly and educates customers on products that fit their needs.
