Job summary

Confie, with its family of companies including Freeway, Baja, Bluefire and others, is seeking an Insurance Agent in Visalia, CA to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will also grow earnings by offering homeowners and health insurance where applicable.

This role provides a base pay plus uncapped commissions, paid training and licensing, in addition to a sign-on bonus up to $4,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships with current customers to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Build relationships by proactively connecting with customers and expanding opportunities with auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Ensure accuracy by maintaining records of all transactions in the agency management system.
• Be a trusted advisor by establishing rapport and guiding clients to the best insurance products.
