Job summary

Confie, including its brands Freeway, Baja and Bluefire, is seeking an Insurance Agent in Orange, CA to sell nonstandard auto insurance and related products. You will work with a high volume of inbound leads and walk-in traffic, with comprehensive training and licensing provided.

You will help customers select the right insurance products, build lasting relationships, and grow earnings through commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred but we will support you in obtaining one.
• Experience in sales or customer service required; passion for helping people.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business and maintaining relationships to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Connect with customers to assess needs and offer auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions in the agency management system.
