Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a strong plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required or equiv.
• Excellent follow-up, organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships with current customers.
• Build relationships with customers and expand opportunities by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Ensure accuracy by maintaining records of transactions and documentation in the agency management system.
• Be a trusted advisor, helping clients choose the right insurance products.
