Job summary

Confie and its family of companies—Freeway Insurance, Baja, Bluefire and others—are seeking a Licensed Call Center Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) in California. You will handle inbound leads for nonstandard auto insurance and have opportunities to grow earnings through additional products.

The role offers base pay with uncapped commissions, paid training and licensing, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license is preferred; company will support obtaining one.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Solicit new business while maintaining relationships to meet sales goals.
• Build Relationships: Connect with customers and expand opportunities with auto, homeowners, or health insurance.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain accurate records in agency management system.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Establish rapport and guide clients to best-fit insurance products.
