Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license; study course provided and license fees reimbursed.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and contact potential clients to assess insurance needs and present coverage options.
• Schedule meetings with clients and follow up on referrals.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity; manage your schedule and CRM entries.
