Job summary

JBRR INSURANCE AGENCY, INC. in Fresno, CA is seeking an experienced sales representative to join our team. You will sell insurance products via phone, email, and video, assess client needs, and present solutions to help them reach personal goals.

The role offers a starting monthly base of $3,800 with the potential to earn up to $100,000 per year through commissions and bonuses, with Mon-Fri schedule and ongoing training to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
