No prior insurance experience is required; we teach insurance. There is an opportunity to pursue the Farmers Protégé Program and a future path to agency ownership for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through live transfers, provided leads, and outbound follow-up.
• Make outbound calls to new and existing leads to generate sales opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
• Prepare quotes, present options, and close new business.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Use agency sales systems, technology, and lead management tools.
• Work toward individual sales goals and performance expectations.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development.
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience.
